Meet The Boys

Billy

Billy, Sooty Fawn born 2007; bred by  Anne & Arnold Crompton, Rossendale Stud.

Billy is a real handsome young man but his early show potential rapidly diminshed as his waistline increased, making him too big for the breed standard! He is however, an excellent stud buck and in March, sired a beautiful litter of Sooty Fawns several of whom have inherited his good looks. He is every bit as soft and puppyish as this picture suggests!

Marley

Marley, Red Eyed White born 2008; bred by Christine Terry.

Gentle giant, Marley is part of our foundation stock whom we accquired from Rossendale Stud. He is sire to Brierton's Corelli, Connie and Camille.

Looking a little tired in this picture, he is in fact a real livewire; full of fun and energy!

Cosmo

Cosmo, Black Otter born 2008; bred by Robbie Clark, Roggie Stud.

Cosmo came to us in February and we will be relying on him to help us develop our own line in Otters.

He is a very relaxed character and loves to pose for visitors!

Corelli

Corelli, Red Eyed White born December 2008, Marley & Coral's son; bred by ourselves at Brierton Stud.

There are times when only bribery will do! Corelli was in no mood to pose for this picture and a little coercion was required. Sadly, Corelli is now at Rainbow Bridge...remembered always xx

Bonsai

Bonsai, Sooty Fawn born 2009; Billy & Coral's boy. Bred by ourselves at Brierton Stud and now living with Breeder/Exhibitor, Stephanie.

Pictured here at thirteen weeks, Bonsai is a joy! He epitomises everything that we love about Mini Lops in both type & temperament. We are delighted with this little poser and hope to get him out and about very soon.

Lalique

Lalique, Marten Smoke Pearl Satin born 2009,bred by Becky Brewster, Moorcroft Stud.

A very relaxed and gentle boy which is characteristic of this beautiful Fur Breed. He did rather well at his first show and has a few more dates lined up.

Cha Cha

Cha Cha, as some of you may recognise was once Chanel, who we were told was a girl. However when she was put with a boy rabbit he suddenly became a man....... What can we say!!!

So he has now returned to Brierton and should give us some lovely chocolate selfs, with luck.

WhatNot

Whatnot, born 2009, Lilac Lionhead (BEW Carrier) and so named because we are not sure what to do with him!.

I happened to come across this bonny lad on our travels recently and after giving him a little cuddle I just couldn't leave without him.
